As in our previous professional lives (winemaker, bed and breakfast, restaurateur), we prepare our jams for breakfasts, our walls welcome the works of artists who touch us and music accompanies our lives.
Locavores
What you find on the breakfast table, what you drink at the hotel bar, the terrines, soups and prepared dishes in jars that you can order at reception, almost everything is produced, harvested, raised, cooked In the region.
Eco-responsible
As some rooms are equipped with air conditioners, we plant a leafy tree for each air-conditioned night. In 2022, we planted 1200 trees. In the same logic of respect for the environment, all of the hotel furniture was designed and manufactured in France with local wood and European materials.
Patrons
We are also proud to help, as far as we can, the projects that are close to our hearts: 3×3 basketball, International Women’s Tennis or the Orchester des Champs-Élysées… which gives us the chance to offer small concerts in the garden when staying at the hotel!
